Restaurants are closing
Every birthday in Guillaume's family was celebrated at the same restaurant. Same table, same owner. In 2020 it closed, like hundreds of others in Quebec.
Tech leaves them out
The same tools that power the big chains stay out of reach for the shop around the corner: too expensive, too complicated, never built for it. Xavier is building to change that.
Young people in Action
They met at the École d'entrepreneurship de Beauce. Guillaume pitched the idea and the team came together on the spot. They won the CEED Challenge and decided to act.
